Born in a family of artists and designers and antique collectors, I grew up with passion and art resonating around me. It was like everything I was to become had been written, pumped into my blood when I was no more than a bunch of a red cells. I was lucky for I dabbled into a great miscellany of ingenuity that remained before me, growing curious and more expressive by the day. And just like that, I grew from drawing and painting on my bedroom walls to capturing moments that inspired me.

Hi, I’m Himansh Ahuja, and I get inspired, click and create. In my veins flow the spirits of an explorer, an artist, a framer, a music lover, a tree hugger, a dog lover, and a chicken – hogger. You’ll see me, more often than not, surveying the locale around me and finding a million frames to click. You might also find me edging onto a fatally steep cliff or step into a water fall to get the shot I want. To think about, I really am a methodologically suicidal photographer.

Currently, I’m exploring my capabilities in cinematography, hoping it’ll take me somewhere great. I’ve most recently shot a cinematic hyper-lapse of my home town, Delhi, (link on the home-page) my first independent film project.
